resize image 3000pw sinc photoshop like jce and plugin imgmanager

hello i try dropeditor

actually with JCE and plugin jce_imgmanager_ext_2026
if i have image weight : 3000px
i can resize to 900px and create thumbnail 150 px (i give value 900 and 150), no need paintshop ou photoshop

with dropeditor it's possible? i don't see
