Table Plugin - Joins and Google Sheet integration

I'm wondering if the table plugin supports joins?
Also, if I use a google sheet as a backend, does the table access that sheet directly, or do I manually synchronize (perhaps after an import)

You can sync your Google sheet to our plugin automatically at a regular interval.
