Hi, here's what I need, can I do it with your plugin?

I need to organize wp media in folders, and I also need to show the content of some folders on the frontend (via shortcode? category/taxonomy page?), just a content listing/download, no management of any sort... is that possible?

Just to clarify my question: I built a taxonomy custom page for Enhanced Media Library categories, to show the category content in my template, is it possible to do something like that with your folders?
Nothing too fancy, I just need to build a list of links to the files in your folders...

WP Media Folder is based on WP Media default, we just create virtual folders to manage files at backend.
The URL of files is the same as when you upload files on Media library.

Following your condition, WP File download plugin is more suitable to serve.
You can use shortcode to show files or folders and preview or download it also.

Hope this helps!

WP File Download sounds nice, and I'll definitely get it for another project of mine, but right now my main issue is to manage Wordpress media with folders, that's our client's main request, and then show some of these folders on the frontend (sounds like a mix of your WP Media Folder + WP File Download :) )
Would it be possible with a little bit of code (like a custom taxonomy page?) or some function/utility of yours?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me with more information.

Sorry, this is not possible in WP Media Folder and it can display single images or galleries on the frontend only.
It could be complicated if you want to customize and we do not provide any custom service currently.

If you still want to work that way, you should contact a freelancer or our partners at: https://www.joomunited.com/web-development

Thanks a lot!
