- Does WP Media Folder create real folders or virtual folders?

Folders created in our plugin are virtual one, not physical.

- If it creates real folders, what happens with the media files when/if I uninstall WP Media Folder?

The files are still on your server if you do not enable this option: Delete all data on uninstall

- Does WP Media Folder support audio files?

Yes, we are based on WP Media manager default so you can upload any file types supported by WP.

- Is there a free/trial version that I can test run?

I'm sorry we don't have any trial/limited version as our plugin are open source.
But, if you encounter any trouble of compatibility, the developer in charge can fix that for you or we can refund you.
