Display thumbnails of many PDF for users to download?

I'm looking at a document library plugin for WP which will allow users to see the name & thumbnail of a pdf which they can then download. Will WP Media Folder allow this?

Also, I'd like to manage about 200 pdfs and the sw to use the existing filenames and to create the list from all the files automatically, rather then me having to edit each one. Can it do that pls?

Our WP Media Folder plugin is based on the WP media library default. We just create virtual folders to manage media in the library.
So, with "Single file design" in our plugin, you have to insert manually every single pdf file and it does not include thumbnails.
In your case, you should use our WP File Download plugin to list files with thumbnails.
