In your features list you state:

File upload form
Generate a custom file upload form and insert it anywhere on your website. You users will be able to submit files and you can select the destination of the files in order to make a review before publication

How does this work?

Ideally, the process we're looking for is as follows:

1. Registered user uploads a document on the frontend. The document is not published.
2. A notification is sent to admin that a file has been uploaded.
3. Admin approves and publishes the document.
4. The document appears on the front-end.

Is this possible with the plugin?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

You can create shortcode for upload form at settings and then insert it into your post/page.
So you should select the category where users will upload their files.

For the security reason and avoiding spam, users must login to upload files in our plugin.
After uploading files to that category, files will be published and sent a notification if you enable.
The approval feature is not implemented yet, so you should do manually at presently.

Here is my suggestion: First, you can set the visibility of category A for "Editor" group.
So users in Editor group can see the Upload form and upload files to category A on frontend.
After checking those files at backend, you can move them to category B.
Or you can set Multi category for a file in case you have some files only.
Finally, you can share category B to public or specific groups.

For the visibility: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-file-download-documentation#toc-file-access-visibility

P.S: I moved this ticket to the right category - WP File download.

Hope it helps!
Cheers,
