I have a question regarding the WP-File-Download plugin for Wordpress (Version 5).
We have two user levels, where some downloads require the user to be logged in. However, is it possible to show the restricted downloads to users that are not logged in but greyed out or show them as locked.

In your case, you can disable Download or Preview button on category view for each user roles.

Thanks but I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing.
If you are not logged in, I'm keen that you can see all the files, but they are locked for both download and preview. If they click the file it says something like 'you must be logged in to view or download this file'.
It's a very common feature.
I do hope you support this.

Yes, I got it but if you want to appear the login form you should customize or you can use hide content plugin.
Besides, we could implement this feature after exploring its technic and neccessarity.
