Require Readers to Submit E-mail Address?

We would like to require end-users to submit their e-mail address before downloading a PDF. Does this plugin have an access control setting that can require end-users to submit an e-mail address before downloading a file?

This feature is impossible at the present. You should customize by yourself or hire a freelancer to make it true.
