Pre-Sales Question

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

We do not use WooCommerce or sell online. We need a plugin for our client that sells cabinets. Once the job is done we want their clients to be able to log in and put in a code so that they can download their specific warranty. They will have approximately 7 different warranties. We need the code for each specific warranty because different client will have different type of warranties depending on what they buy, Will this plugin work for this?

Do you mean password to protect your files from downloading? If yes, this feature is planned in version 5.1.
You can lock your files and categories as well.

Sorry for the double reply here is the official requirements from client. Can this be done? Hoping 5.1 comes out soon.

Using passcode (given to client by Boyars)

Download of each of the pdf’s

For categories restriction, user group option can help you with that.
For single file retriction, you can set multi-users to access a file.

About the version 5.1 releasing, we are currently in version 4.7.14.

Though it’s hard to give a precise date on new features release for various reasons.
It mainly depends on the development roadmap we've defined for the developer and
problems we may encounter during this period

Yes, but this feature has not been implemented yet. You can restrict users/group users access
without using password protection for files and categories.

Also can you see who downloaded a file?
