Notificacion al propietario del archivo (email)

En mi sitio web voy a tengo varios usuarios registrados a los cuales les muestro archivos propios.
Ej: "Informe Juan" se muestra solo a "Juan" en la categoria "Informes"
Lo que deseo es saber si se puede notificar solo a Juan (mediante mail) que se ha subido ese archivo para el. Actualmente cuando lo hago, a pesar de estar tildado la "notificacion al propietario" solo me notifica a mi como administrador y no a "Juan"
Estaré configurando algo mal?

In your case, you should set Juan as a category owner of "Informes". And then in Settings, you should enable "Notify category owner" option.

You should enable "Single user restriction" in settings and you can find "Single user access" option of a category on the right panel.

On the other hand, it would be necessary to show on a page all the existing categories and those that will be added automatically. It's possible? with some shortcode "Show all categories

This feature is not included; however, you can overcome by moving all your categories to be sub of one category.
