How are URLs formed ?

How are URLs formed ?
In the demo, I see this form : https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/download/33/table-theme-category/1000/portrait-image-4.jpg
What are the numbers ? (30 and 1000)

33 and 1000 are the category ID and file ID in order.

Can I customize the URL ? I need a simpler URL like : https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/download/table-theme-category/portrait-image-4.jpg with no random part.

As I know, you can not skip those number in the link. That's basic condition to show the file.

And in the file versioning system, when you replace your file v1 by a v2, does the url change ?

For example :
v1 https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/download/33/table-theme-category/1000/file.jpg
v2 https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/download/33/table-theme-category/1000/file.jpg
-> Same URL

OR

v1 https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/download/33/table-theme-category/1000/file.jpg
v2 https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/download/33/table-theme-category/1001/file.jpg
-> Id change

Yes, the URL remains the same when you upload a new file version.
