Google Drive Sync

when using Google Drive, are the files physically uploaded to Google Drive alone and their info synced back to WP, or do they also take up space in the web server's filesystem?

Of course, it will be indexing the file information to your WP site only. That's the reason why we developed Cloud addon version.
