Listing Tags as described in the back end - ie with "children" shown

I am developing (very slowly given my level of expertise) a website here:

I have developed a Tag system for Content etc that has a number of Primary tags with up to two layers of nested tags.

So eg:

I might have:

Native Forest
- Harvesting
- Regeneration
- Regeneration Survey

In Joomla Core I cannot find a way to list my tags in this form.

I want to be able to list all my tags in this form, and to be able to link from those tags to the content containing those tags.

It looks like your product does this, but can you please confirm that is the case.

Is the product moderately manageable from the back end to fit with the sort of design that I have in place so far?
