Profile completed before sending coupon + code customization

Hi,

I have to give a sponsorship functionality for my client with an existing custom jomsocial registering process in 2 steps (the user is registered before the second step is completed).

Is there a way to programmaticaly handle the sending of the coupon and stay in a pending status with custom conditional code on the sponsoree variables ? So the coupon will be sent only if the sponsoree has completed all the needs I have?

How do you handle the coupon sending ? Is that a cron job ?

Can we customize the code without loosing updates, like events to catch with a custom plugin ?

Can we customize the invitation sending form and get it from ajax ?

As my experience, it's impossible to do that.

We dont have that feature now.
