is it possible that field Country does not show only the exact address of Agent/dealer active because can be possible that many countries are covered by only Agent/dealer that is not located in that country ?
You can note that in country SUDAN ( Screenshot of the example : http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/1222/4746173766.jpg ) there is not an agent but appear the HeadQuarter as result.

to do this you need to enable country state list filter available in my map locations configuration.
