Map placeholders and joomla users

it is possible to insert placeholders on a map published to external collaborators who are "author" joomla users (with few authorizations) .. for example from frontend - placeholders that the administrator can then accept or not

Yes, you can set permission for registered users to submit locations on frontend, the place will be published in backend, admin can disable it later.
