Hello,

how can i enable and disable locations on a daily base (or make them invisible and visible for the user).
And how can i change the language in the UI?

you need to customize sql query for this.need to create data in custom field for dropdown.in dropdon put monday,tuesday and so on and then on model apply the logic.
please purchase extension and create support ticket so we can take a close look at it.
