Hi,

I did not find any custom sql queies and table joins in this link: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/droptables-documentation#toc-vii-tables-from-database

Is it possible to run custom SQL queries and option of table joins to customise the table data?

I'm sorry, Droptables does not support running SQL queries, you should select columns in tables manually.
