Viewing PDF in Your Demo at https://www.joomunited.com/joomla-demo/dropfiles/default-theme-demo doesn't work in the pop up window. It just shows html code - See enclosed file

Does Viewing PDF not work? Can you show me an example of it working properly?

Sorry it is still not working. It still only puts up the code screen above when you click on either of the pdf buttons in attached screenshot

Same here... I've tried your PDF preview, DOCX preview in different browsers (Chrome, Fierfox, Edge) and the only preview that works without sowing a bunch of HTML code is the JPG preview.

Is it a bug on your side or is it just not possible with your extention?

Yes, we got the issue, the preview feature in our plugin is based on Google viewer.
Sometimes it works well but sometimes it causes the issue you encountered.
We are searching the solution to replace in the future.

As I see, you have a subscription already, I think it should work well on your site.
