dropfile audio functionality

2. You can load a "preview" player with an audio player
3-4. Not sure what you mean here, you can add title and description (with WYSIWYG editor)

1.do you have a demo of a working audio player ? i couldnt find one
2. attributes - such as file size, date uploaded, GPS coordinates. kind of audio EXIF Data.
3. search bar, so a user can search for all files by their attributes (from 2)

There's no automatic attribute import or custom attributes as separate fields for files that can be used to be searched. I think a CCK is a better option for you maybe.
The file management would be more complex but you should be able to do what you want.

CCK mean Content Construction Kit. Some popular extensions are FlexiContent or K2.
