I think this plugin will be just what I need but want to make certain that a TOOLTIP can be applied to a cell that also contains a URL LINK.

Can you please confirm if this assumption is correct? Many thanks,

Hi Pamela,

Yes sure! the tooltip is applied on the whole cell and the link only when you over the text (see attached).
