Hi

I am looking for the following :

- Add, Drag and Delete of multiple(!) custom markers with a mouse.
- Add text to or next to a custom marker
- Able to catogorize and set the marker details later.
- Able to load maps from openstreetmap.org.
- Import/Export markers.

Explanation :
A costumer wants to create and publish several maps, each containing about a 100 markers.
Having to create all the markers one by one through the menu is too tedious.

Basically the costumer wants to drop custom made markers

The granularity of the markers will be approx 1 meters (3 feet) apart.

The first issue is important, and I hope this
is possible with (paid version) My Maps Location.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. Let me try to answer point by point.

- The only ways to add location is use the standard backend interface or use the importer (from a csv file). On each location, to de displayed properly on frontend you need several information like title, category, location, marker... that's why.
- You can add text in the tootip of the location
- To save a location you need at least a title, a category and an address
- There's no Openstreetmap integration, the integration available are: Google Maps, Bing maps, Mapbox
- Yes there's an Import/Export feature

We are looking for OSM (Open Street Map) too for a long time. All my clients ask for this (No google)...
The basic ans regular asking is to add a location by article and to be able to show a module with all markers of a category.

Osm via mapbox is supported in our extension.
