Displayed tooltip outside view container - click markers?

Hello,

I'm having a few questions about this component.

1. is it possible to have the markers clickable rather then the mouse over? (like in the my maps location)

2. I noticed, when you zoom in on linky, the mouse over text area is not readable, as it is partly outside of the viewpoint. I attached a example and marked the area with a read rectangle.
On my maps location, its not having this behaviour. when you click a marker, its moving the map so, that the description container fits in the view container.

3. Is there a admin demo, where I could test if the things are working as I want?

4. Im wondering if my maps location is containing the linky map stuff, or if it only can display maps.
