Is there any way to get an link from one to another map?

Or can I open a map in a modalbox, not including the rest of the page (Menü, Footer,...)

sorry for my bad english, I hope you can understand what I meen.

Yes this is possible.please create menu of linkymap and give the url of linkymap in modalbox.
if the link is america please add ?tmpl=component in it.
