Sorry, Droppics doesn't have this feature. However, in order to keep your original size while uploading, you can set your custom size (Full pictures height/width) in Settings. For more details: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/droppics-documentation#toc-4-1-extension-parameters

If you mean the image compression applied on upload, yes, you can choose to keep 100% (no compression).
