Is it compatible with virtuemart customfileds, too?

Please open the second tab from right ( ویژگی ها )
it's made by customfields. For example if want the word "Pixel" in the first row would be linked to a glossary, is it possible ?
+ is it OK compatible with RTL languages like Persian?
