HTML tags in the description or status (icon) for every file

Hi,
first of all, the plugin and you support is great, but I have a feature request.
I want to have a status for every file to show if a file is already completed or not.
A very cool way would be an icon or something like that (maybe the possibility to change the "file icon" separately for every file), but a simple way could be the possibilty to use html tags in the description of the file, so that its possible to color the text in ie green or red.
