Is there a way to get the URL of the picture that is being displayed in the "gallery from folder"?
For example: I create the gallery... and no matter what I upload it updates with the picture. Which is perfect.
Does this also mean it has to be fetching the URL of the image in the drive?
Are there any hooks I can use to get the URL from the picture that is CURRENTLY in the drive?
I need a way to fetch the URL and potentially other metadata from the picture that is currently in the folder gallery.

That's not possible to take the URL of the images on a gallery, you can only find it inside each images at Media library.
And we do not have any hook for this feature presently. Anyways, we will take a look at this for a future release.
