Goal: include a shortcode variable to set the file upload date instead of the need to alter it manually after upload.
Purpose: sometimes documents need to be added to patient file entries made in the past. In order to show those documents with the matching consultation entry within the patient file, the uploaded file needs the same date in order not to be filtered out.
The date of the matching entry can be assumed as given for that purpose.
