Following support ticket #36296905160

I've noticed an incompatibility bug when using both WP File Dowload and Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugins.

When both plugins are enabled, ordrering file categories still works fine in the backend, but they are re-ordered by term ID in the front end, no matter what settings I use in WP File Download.

Could you please consider fixing this? Thanks.
