Badges/Icons based on Upload Type and Date

Any consideration to an option for badges or icons based on upload type (new file, updated file, etc.) and date?

For instance, a new files gets an (optional) “new” badge for [x] days/weeks/months (user selection).

An updated file gets an (optional) “updated” or “revised” badge for [x] days/weeks/months (user selection).

Once a file is Download [x] times during [y] days/weeks/month (user selection) it gets a “popular” badge.

The top downloaded files [all time/this week/this month/etc] get (optional) “most downloaded [a/b/c]” badges.

Etc. etc.
