Hi,

This is a feature request to give "edit category rights" to a whole joomla ACL group,

Currently, there is only the possibility to set one user as a owner of the category, allowing him to manage the files of that category,
It would be nice if there was a way to allow an entire acl joomla group to manage the files of the category,

There is a way to bypass this, setting the permission of the joomla group "Edit" to "Permitted" in the Dropfiles Backend "Permissions" menu,
The problem in this solution, is that it allows this ACL group to edit every category in the website, making it unsafe,

Thanks.

Hi,

This feature is not implemented yet, but I'll add it to our feature request list and keep that in mind for a future release.

Thanks a lot!
Best Regards,
