Able to AUTOMATICLY create a personnel categorie

Hi,

Can you say me if Dropfile is able to create automaticly, a category for a new user.
To explain :

If a customer register on my website, i want a personal directory (named category in Dropfile) is AUTOMATICLY create and rights attribute only to this user.
I've see this in your documentation : https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/dropfiles-documentation#toc-manage-personal-user-file-repository

As i see we can have personal category but it's not explain if this category is create automaticly or if user need to create and as he create manually, and edit own is set, customer can have a personal directory.

I don't want user need to create manualy category to store here files.

Another question :
Files are store in File system or in database ?
If automatic creation is not natively supported, can i create by mysql insertion ? Do you have a example ?
