Different distance Googe Maps and this plugin?

Our plugin is based on distance matrix plugin.
The feasible distance is visible in our plugin.
When we are redirecting to Google maps there the current routes are visible.

Thanks for your reply. Does this mean there will/could be a difference between the distance displayed in the plugin and displayed in Google Maps?
Not talking about the possible route(s) now, only the total distance is important for me. And it is important that the distance displayed in the plugin is the same as when calculating in Google Maps.

Please create a support ticket and ask there.we will check if there is some issue in it.
If you haven't purchased the extension yet let me know.we can do customization to get exact distance of Google.

I bought the plugin 'My Maps location' April 2015 and support is expired now.
Should I configure it myself to get the exact distance of Google or is this a customization by you?
