Change Rich Snippets From Votes To Reviewer In Search Engines

Hi There!

Is it possible to change the rich snippets that Item Rating uses for search results? Currently, all I've seen is the "number of votes" displayed in Google search results. I would like to remove that (as our voting is closed to public and irrelevant) and instead post the article author's name. I've attached a couple of pics, hopefully that will help clarify what I'm talking about:
