Hi,

I'm new to social backlinks i have made facebookapp en tried to setup the facebook on social backlinks.

Everything works till i want to set the facebook on and then the message appears: "Can't connect to Facebook. Please refresh the page or try again later.".
What i'm doing wrong?

Hi,
Please Download the new version, it should works.
This is coming from a facebook api update.

Let us know if it's working with this update

Hi,

I have same problem, when using newest version (downloaded yesterday)

"Can't connect to Facebook. Please refresh the page or try again later.connect() timed out!28"

Did facebook change their API again, or it's different problem?

Hi,

Please update to latest version, disconnect and reconnect facebook in Joomla backend.

Should solve your problem.

Ok - problem solved.

Outgoing connections to HTTPS port was blocked on my server and joomla could not connect to facebook correctly.
After changing firewal rules everything works ok.

My installation does not have icons to set up Facebook. Where do I set these up at?

i just buy this extension and i have same error!

after i get code form facebook and enter in componet whene i click on the button of ON/OFF this error has been displayed and can not sync to page

Hi, socialbacklinks post articles from k2 to my facebook business page but the images are very small, is there plans to fix this so the images get to normal facebook size?
