Can it standardize spelling

Greetings- Can the product be configured to correct non-standard spelling or usage? Simple examples are incorrect usage of brand names (band aid vs. BAND-AID®), incorrect capitalization and punctation of disease names (e.g., Alzheimer's disease). Since the product is able to lookup terms in a database and emits complex HTML to insert links and do the tooltip thing, changing the spelling seems right up your alley.
