Can I assign the editor on particular user?

Yes, you have 2 options regarding DropEditor in Joomla.

  • You can assign a Joomla User Group to a specific DropEditor profile: go in Component > Dropeditor > Profiles
  • You can also assign DropEditor by default in the Joomla user profile
