Need to Add Contact Form Before Download File

Hi Team,

While browsing on internet i came across your beautiful plugin i.e. WP File Download, The File Manager WordPress Plugin,
i want to use it on my website but i want to add some extra functionality in it, at present i want to go
with https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/wp-file-download-gdd-theme/ this layout, so my special requirement is when we click on any of the file or click
on Download all option at that time can we add some popup or some contact form where i can ask user to fill his name, email id & contact number once
user submit that form then he'll be free to download files, see i don't want to register user on website but i just want to capture his contact details,
