Uploading videos?

Hello, we are thinking to buy Droppics for our club and I need some answers.
(I wrote to you three weeks ago, but no answer, so I’m trying forums)

I’ve read on your documentation that Droppics can publish videos as links to servers like Vimeo or YouTube.
But is it possible to use videos uploaded to our site?
Is it possible to upload videos on our site and to publish them in Droppics?
More precisely, is it possible for an user to choose a video in the front-end interface and upload and publish it?

And if this is possible, is there any size limit to videos?
