Remove select list, and map auto appear on page load?

You can force the map to be displayed by default with/without any locations.

Assuming that the user does not Allow use of current location, and the map is forced to be displayed with locations on page load, is the distance omitted in the location list on the right-hand side?

In this specific case yes, map will only be centered based on results.

When I set up the My Maps Location Map-Search Module, its looks as per attached.

How can I make it look like the demo?

Sorry… also, when I enter an address, it takes me away from the map page and onto the Home page for some reason.

The map then appears on the Home page even though it is set to only display on a specific page.

The search area now appears like the demo but it shouldn't navigate away from the original page.

Do I need to tell it to stay on the page where it appears in one of the settings?

It changes the URL from:

http://www.mysite.com/location

to:

http://www.mysite.com/component/mymaplocations/?Itemid=101
