Presale said ready for Joomla 3.3 - is it really? Do you offer refunds?

I have installed Social Backlinks and everything looks great. However, there are no icons for me to set up Facebook and Twitter. The documentation shows several links on the right side (facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc), but mine does not show that. All I have is a History and Error Log icon. Please help! I am using Joomla 3.3.6. Thank you.
